I kindly ask you to inform customers, at the time of booking, that there is a dirt car park at the previous turn from the main car park and to invite them to park there. This measure would help to leave more spaces available in the main car park for residents, who often find it difficult to even maneuver due to its overcrowding, while the lower car park is often half-empty.
