The food was good, the best carbonara I’ve had on our trip to be honest! But we felt like all the English speakers were put together and there was only a younger man that served us. He was very nice though! The rest didn’t even look at us 😂

When I think of Roman cuisine, I think of Pommidoro. Whenever I'm in Rome, I always pop in because it's become a tradition. The atmosphere is familiar, and I always have a laugh with the waiters and owners (it's been run by the same family since 1890). Bruschetta with artichokes, cacio e pepe, and a nice glass of wine from their top-notch menu make me feel right at home. I can't recommend it enough!

This place embodies true Roman style, both in its food and its atmosphere. The setting is beautiful, and you can feel the history of all the people who have frequented it over the years. I've finally found authentic Roman cuisine! I even bought a bottle of their olive oil, which I highly recommend.
