Most incredible food at brilliant price. €40 for 2 meals, starter and 2 drinks. Possibly the best pasta I’ve ever eaten. Absolute hidden gem💎

Carbonara was amazing like Stanley said it would be. Caprize was ordinary. House wine was good. Waiter was great. Called a taxi for us to get back to our hotel.

Booked this spot because of the wise Stanley Tucci and it was truly delicious. Aldo went out of his way to reserve us a table by the AC (on request). They provided us course after course and it was all delicious. They were kind and attentive. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. True Roman food and a wonderful, relaxed, and lively experience

Wonderful place, kinda near the train station but not really. Food was incredible, we actually did multiple half portions so we could try a variety of things - in hindsight i think a half portion would be a good kids size as my daughter came nowhere near to finishing hers. But the carbonara was as good as advertised, my gnocchi was top notch and really everything we had was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even helped me get a taxi back. Only downside is that while the neighborhood the restaurant is in is okay, if you’re going to walk there you may need to walk by the train station which is never my favorite.

Incredible restaurant that is worth the trip. The pasta dishes are not to be missed, carbonara was wonderful and my wife ordered Cacio e Pepe. Both were wonderful and we got a bistecca to share, it was cooked perfectly, well seasoned and tender.

Incredibly authentic- excellent food and vibe !! Our favorite meal in Rome ! The waiters were great and the family run vibe made it a true pleasure to be there. It was a joyous evening with very tasty, reasonably priced food.

Fulmini e Saette

01/02/2025: Giovedì scorso 30 gennaio in tre abbiamo preso il caffè da Fulmini e Saette. Nonostante i tanti bar della zona ho sempre preferito questo locale, anche se non è vicino casa. Come al solito, buon caffè, gentilezza e ambiente accogliente. Oggi 1 febbraio sono tornata qui...che tristezza...saracinesca chiusa e avviso che, l'attività dal 31 ha chiuso. Ci mancherete!! VOGLIAMO AUGURARE IL MEGLIO AI DUE GIOVANOTTI CHE TANTE VOLTE CI HANNO ACCOLTE E COCCOLATE CON PICCOLE GRANDI ATTENZIONI. Se aprite altrove, ci farebbe piacere saperlo! Grazie di ❤️ e buona fortuna.
