It’s off the beaten path (which is a very good thing) and the food is very good. The carbonara tasted as it should (just like I make at home…so it was great, haha), the mutton ragu and gricia were also excellent. The service was exceptional, the place was loud and fun, the food was outstanding…I will definitely go back when I return. It was one of the better meals I had in Rome, for sure.

molto carino con volte, archi, pietra faccia vista; piatti tipici strepitosi, si sente che la materia prima (a partire dall'olio di loro produzione) è ottima; fettuccine porcini 18 euro VOTO 10, fettuccine carciofi e guanciale 16 euro VOTO 10, abbacchio alla griglia 18 euro VOTO 9, carciofi romana e fritti e cicoria VOTO 9, puntarelle VOTO 7 (contorni da 6 a 8 euro), semifreddo al pistacchio 7 euro VOTO 8, crostata alle visciole 6 euro VOTO 9. servizio VOTO 10 (gentili, disponibili, veloci). BRAVI !

08/08/2024: Very good kebab, fast service, we had dinner and they let our dog in without problems, very kind. The bathroom was fine. The only flaw was that it was very hot inside.
