The quality is good. I got the Bowl Italy, and honestly, the price is too high, especially considering I couldn't find the dried tomatoes. The pictures on the website and the reality aren't the same, but the quality is good, and the taste is good, so I'd give it 3 stars. The fries, aside, are also good. The pre-fried ones aren't fresh, but the frying oil is clean. Okay.

Ordered takeout. Generous portions, average prices, positive feedback on the quality and flavor of the ingredients. Appetizers are perhaps a bit pricey (but in line with the competition). I'll definitely order again.

13/11/2025: I was short on time and not very hungry. I had a first course of gnocchi with pumpkin cream and fondue, two bruschettas while waiting for the first course, and a small bottle of water for a total of €6. Excellent value for money. I think the management is family-run. Kindness and courtesy.
01/09/2025: I had an incredible dining experience at Coluri e Sapuri in Capaci! My family and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch with delicious food at an unbelievably reasonable price—just six euros per person, including water and coffee. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, full of flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every dish showed the chef’s passion and attention to detail. The service was warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Capaci—you won’t be disappointed!

02/05/2026: Great company with the host, delicious food, comfortable atmosphere, clean place, and even the toullente is not a small thing. The 5 stars are fully deserved.
12/04/2026: We came to this restaurant without any recommendations, but with the desire to eat something traditional. Our expectations were fully met. We had a mixed antipasto, with very good cheeses, and a delicious caponata. The main courses were excellent, homemade and cooked according to Sicilian tradition: mixed grill and delicious meatballs in tomato sauce. All accompanied by their own extra virgin olive oil and chili pepper paste. To finish, a homemade Paradiso liqueur, which we even purchased to continue enjoying at home. I highly recommend it, and... I'll be back!
