We were at the Christmas lunch, warm and welcoming atmosphere, attention to detail....excellent food, attentive and precise service with thanks to Nina and all the staff who work with professionalism and kindness. We will certainly return with pleasure to Daniela who welcomes us and makes us feel at home!

It's a shame there are only 5 stars to review because it deserves at least double, unique place and impeccable service. We chose the Guard Hill for our wedding and we would choose it 100 more times. Daniela the owner is a special person and attentive to every detail. Our day exceeded all expectations!! 10 and praise

28/01/2025: We took the tasting menu (4 courses €48 per person): the courses were plentiful for a tasting menu but above all everything was delicious. I particularly recommend the tortelli with octopus amatriciana (spectacular!), the stuffed quail and the "babamisù". Even the wines that the chef proposed to us as pairings were perfect for the dishes. The chef is a wonderful person, available to explain the dishes and also to entertain the guests in conversation. Fantastic experience, we will definitely be back!
07/01/2025: I don't usually do reviews, but this time I can only give my super compliments to Debora for the beautiful dinner we had during the little holiday in Montefiascone with my partner... Everything was perfect, the food, the wine, the service and the cuddles received during the evening because those who cook with love transmit it onto the plate ❣️... thank you for everything!!

12/01/2025: We went to this wonderful place on Saturday for lunch and it was love at first sight. The outside is authentic and wild, the road to reach it is not asphalted, but it's worth it! Once we got out of the car we were greeted by the bleating of sheep in the distance and the scent of nature. We entered this large room and the owner gave us a warm welcome! In the center of the room is the mega buffet of appetizers which is the strong point of the place: from cheeses of all kinds (fresh and matured), to jams and honey, to vegetables, cold cuts, meat and soups, all company products and everything handmade in the open kitchen. After this incredible appetizer, you can enjoy the first and second courses which change often, also prepared with company products, including the handmade pasta made by "grandmother". Furthermore, a great surprise, a wine list that would be the envy of a wine shop, refined and well-stocked! The owners are really kind and approachable and know how to adapt the offer according to individual needs. Quantity/quality/price ratio I would say unbeatable! For us everything was perfect! We will be back very soon despite the 50 minute journey to go.
