Plin & Tajarin In Torino

I had lunch today with my husband on the occasion of my birthday, following a gift from my children at this restaurant. I immediately understood that I was in a place of gastronomic culture, of excellent quality. Original dishes from our carefully prepared Piedmontese cuisine, a menu full of dishes for all tastes. Refined kindness and professionalism in every representation of dishes, where you are told about the dish they serve you. We were very satisfied with this restaurant from all points of view, first and foremost the food, the friendliness of Mr. Mario who served us at the table, as well as the collaborator who was assisting us at the table. Ah excellent wines. I liked the location very much; and I will absolutely recommend it. We will definitely be back. Thanks Mario for everything, I won't forget this lunch.

Very fresh pasta with a great variety of toppings to choose from. The desserts are also vast. Small place with just 6 tables but it's really worth it. Recommended 👍👍👍

Everything exquisite, welcoming and passionate staff, a little gem

Small but welcoming place in which an artist's studio and a restaurant coexist. The owner is a distinguished person. From a culinary point of view, you take a sensorial journey into taste. The dishes are typical of Piedmontese cuisine and the ingredients are of excellent quality. The only sore point was that the owner wears black latex gloves with which he welcomes customers, cooks, serves at the tables, cooks (according to him) and proceeds to collect the money. I sincerely hope that when you cook you wear clean ones otherwise there would be an obvious hygiene problem. And that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I visited Plin E Tajarin in November 2024 and overall I was very satisfied. The modern ambience and stylish furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to linger. The quality of the food is particularly noteworthy: the Tajarin pasta was excellently prepared and impressed with its perfect consistency and the balanced taste of the sauces. I was also pleasantly surprised by the selection of other dishes, as they combine traditional recipes with a creative touch. The service was friendly and attentive, which further enriched the visit. A small downside, however, was the slightly longer waiting time between courses, but that ultimately didn't spoil my enjoyment. Overall, Plin E Tajarin impressed with its culinary offerings and appealing ambience, which is why I give the restaurant 4 out of 5 stars. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to experience authentic cuisine in a modern setting.

Esperienza superlativa in una location di soli 20 coperti. Ambiente unico curato nei minimi dettagli con decorazioni originali dal tavolo, alle pareti, alla toilette. Proprietario super gentile ed attento, veramente un luogo d'altri tempi. Plin e tajarin eccezionali e per tutti i gusti. Vasta scelta anche di dolci e caffè speciali. Tappa obbligata se ci si trova a Torino anche solo di passaggio. Complimenti! Non è facile trovare queste eccellenze culinarie in giro. Vi aspettiamo in Puglia!

Locale con soli 20 coperti ma di eccezionale qualità, ovviamente bisogna prenotare. Cibo ottimo, di qualità, tipico piemontese ma anche diverso dagli standard che puoi trovare in tutti i ristoranti. Il proprietario gentilisimo e attento ai dettagli. Esperienza consigliatissima
