A good restaurant in the Domodossola area where you can enjoy both meat and fish menus and... pizza. Don't expect exquisite refinement and the prices are a bit high for the quality offered... but everything is justified by the proximity to the Swiss border and therefore both the food and the prices are calibrated for that clientele... final judgment more than satisfactory.

There was some confusion between the dining room and the kitchen: we were told that the 1kg ribeye steak is served on a soapstone, while the 500g one isn't. A 500g and a 1kg steak were served on a plain plate, both of which looked similar.
We asked at the counter for an explanation, and they told us that they haven't used the soapstone for a while (a soapstone that's also advertised on the menu outside the restaurant).

Beautiful location in the center of Domodossola, tables with fabric tablecloths both inside and on the veranda, everything taken care of down to the smallest details, friendly staff and excellent service. We chose a fish-based menu, delicious, so light that I managed to eat it all despite the large portion, side dishes as well. Finally, the coffee, 🔝 with a piping hot cup, a real treat, the first time I've ever had it. We paid the right price. I highly recommend it.

Todosola transfer passengers... If you have a lot of time, please don't eat pizza and eat steak here. The cost-effectiveness of the 2-person set menu is crazy. It's a godsend. Four people can eat until they're full for 74 euros. The portion in the photo is for 2 people ^^ We shared one piece of meat and were full. The waiter didn't understand that 4 people ordered for 2. However, he was very kind. If it's not enough, you can order one more pasta or something.

Super delicious food. The restaurant owners are super sweet and attentive. We also rented an apartment from them, and everything is so fantastic. ❤️
