Pizzium - Torino via Bava In Torino

We went to this place last night, it wasn't the first time... The appetizers were excellent and the pizzas were really good... Quality products...

On Saturday evening, I was in Piazza Vittoria with friends and we decided to try Pizzium. Even though we didn't have a reservation, the manager managed to get us a seat, and I appreciated his warning that there would be a bit of a wait. The service was impeccable, despite the crowd, and the pizza was delicious, as was the maritozzo. We'll definitely be back.

Very good pizza (we had Valle D'Aosta and Piemonte). Sweets too. Very friendly service. We felt very good.

Saturday evening, the place was a bit crowded, and that was to be expected. We arrived a few minutes late, a table for six had been booked, and the strict recommendation was to arrive no more than 10 minutes late. We waited a good 20 minutes to be seated, which was to be expected; the dining room was quite full. However, it took half an hour, perhaps even longer, for them to come and take our order. The pizza was good, finished in 5 minutes, as was the pasta frittata. The quality of the food was beyond dispute, with the only downside being the tiramisu; the cream was a bit too dry. However, the place was clearly understaffed to handle the influx of customers, the wait times were too long, and they didn't even offer coffee, as an apology. The risk is losing a lot of customers who, with a few simple adjustments, would otherwise be satisfied. We probably won't be returning.

Very nice place, and the staff were very kind and prompt. I think the pizza could be better. The selection was excellent, but I found the dough a bit chewy.

My girlfriend and I booked at table around the opening time. The waiter was very nice and friendly always checking on us without being too intrusive and the pizza was super tasty. I definitely recommend this place.

Was here with two friends and we were surprised by the rich flavour of every single ingredient, we found out that they only use regional ones. We'll definitely come back if we make it to Turin again, it was amazing.

Pizzium – Ottima pizza napoletana, leggera e gustosa. Menù creativo con ingredienti regionali, servizio veloce e ambiente accogliente. Una garanzia per chi ama la pizza fatta bene.

Questa pizza è una delizia per il palato e per gli occhi. La base è perfettamente lievitata, soffice al centro e croccante al bordo, con un cornicione alto e ben alveolato ripieno di ricotta cremosa e saporita che aggiunge un tocco sorprendente a ogni morso. La mozzarella filante si sposa alla perfezione con la salsiccia cruda, di qualità eccellente, che regala un contrasto deciso ma equilibrato. Il profumo del basilico fresco completa il piatto con eleganza. Un equilibrio perfetto tra gusto, consistenza e presentazione. Tornerò sicuramente solo per questa pizza!
