Excellent pizza of various thicknesses, excellent food, albeit with a limited selection, and air conditioning, which is a lifesaver in the summer. Very friendly staff.

The quality of the pizza has declined compared to the early days. The dough is very dry, and the tomato sauce and mozzarella on top are also scarce, making the dough very dry.

Very good pizzas, a great idea being able to order them in three different heights (with more or less dough depending on the height). The atmosphere is welcoming, and the place is always busy, so reservations are recommended. The only downside is the spicy oil, which isn't very spicy. :D

Very good pizza, with three different thicknesses to choose from. Fresh, quality ingredients. You can also find first courses, second courses, and salads. Service is quick; the only drawbacks are the blaring air conditioning and the smell of food from your clothes as you leave. Reservations are essential, any day of the week!

Trattoria di Marano

22/06/2025: Excellent. I can't use any other words. Excellent food, tortellini handmade by them (and it shows), amazing cotoletta bolognese, crescenti and very light, delicious tartare. Too bad I didn't try the dessert, but I was too full. Not to mention the kindness of the owner. It will mean that I will have to return.
21/06/2025: Typical trattoria in the small town of Marano on the outskirts of Bologna. The restaurant is quite small so I recommend booking. The lunch menu offers typical dishes from the area and from the Emilian tradition. The service is not very fast but it was not a problem. The dishes are made with good quality raw materials that enhance their taste. Good wine cellar. The prices are average compared to what is offered. Possibility of parking in front of the trattoria.
