Pizzikotto in Bologna is a sure thing!!!! It's one of the few pizzerias where you can eat pizza made with excellent, easily digestible ingredients. The rest of the menu is also worth trying, especially the spaghetti carbonara and the desserts. The staff is very professional and fast, attentive to customer needs; some of the girls in particular are super!
I highly recommend it.

Always prompt with service, and without the unbearable time differences between the kitchen and the pizzeria that unfortunately characterize so many pizzerias and restaurants. The food is always perfect, and the waiters are professional. The soundproofing is noteworthy, making conversation pleasant even when the place is full.
Once I showed up without a reservation, they were full, and it was very early (7:30 PM). The receptionist told us, "I'll serve you quickly, but I need the table by 8:30 PM." She kept her word: by 8:15 PM we had finished eating. Truly great professionals. Well done.

The food was not good, not very good but downright delicious, whether it was pasta or pizza.
The service was fast and the staff was friendly and willing to explain and provide clarifications / additional information.
In other words, we recommend!

I went to this place for a business lunch. The place is spacious and very nice, the food is good. We were immediately greeted by a young woman, Laura, who showed professionalism, kindness, and love for what she did... Not everyone can do that. Well done Laura 😊 congratulations 👏👏👏
