The pizza is sourdough, excellent according to my husband (I can't eat it). We had two roast chickens with potatoes. And congratulations, the first time the breast was JUICY AND TENDRY, cooked to perfection! Mouth-wateringly perfect! The baked potatoes that accompanied it were delicious! It's not true that simple things are easy to make; even the most "experienced" often get them wrong. Well done! Keep it up!

The quality has deteriorated, unfortunately. The marinara, which was among the best in Rome, now has too little sauce and a thinner, less pleasant dough. Plus, the excess oil ruins the whole thing (I left it after two pieces). The fried tagliolini cacio e pepe was full of pepper and arrived cold. I hope this review, based on my disappointment, helps you stay among the best in the area. Good luck.

Pizzeria Alla Borgatella

05/11/2025: I've only recently discovered this pizzeria, where the food is excellent. The pizzas are well-topped and crispy, and the fried foods are excellent and light. I especially recommend the fried cod fillet, which is gigantic! The staff is very friendly, although service can sometimes be a bit slow due to the crowds. It was a pleasant discovery!
01/11/2025: We came here by chance and how lucky we were. All the food was amazing, from the starters they recomended us to the pizzas! And you cant leave without trying their homemade deserts. And best of all was the people working there. Thank you for evrything.
