Very very beautiful location. Despite the middle of August the temperature outside is pleasant. Very friendly staff! No flaws! The only flaw is the difficulty with the stroller. Let's say that the whole city is not made to help families with little ones in tow. Either way, excellent pizza! Super digestible dough! Price appropriate for the place. (40 euros each with appetizer, pizza, beers, desserts and coffee, 4 people). To return.

Excellent location, our experience was nothing short of fantastic, Deborah was super kind, pizzas ordered at 2100hrs and arrived at 2109hrs, incredible 😦, there were at least 300 people inside the place, highly recommended!!!

If you like pizza, this could be the place for you. An extensive menu of pizzas. Mind you they have a few other things than that too. Pizzas we had were large and tasty. Don’t expect s crispy dough since some oil is used in the cooking. The crust is flawless if you are into that.

Our driver Martino who lives near Taormina told us to go to Villa Zuccaro for the Pizza. Its a bit hard to find you need to find the small Piazza Carmine which is outside the city gates and then vere left and up the steps to the left of the old church and its there. Its a nice garden setting place spread over several levels and on a warm day as it was set up high had nice breezes. The menu is mainly Pizza which is what we came for and as Martino promised it was delicious and reasonably priced for Taormina. It had lots of local people eating here so obviously its a local favourite. The Pizza toppings were generous and the pizza well cooked. They only had red or white wine to chose from and my dining companions said the red wine was nice for a quaffing wine. I had tiramisu and a macchiato for after the pizza and both were perfect. There is a bit of a view of the bay between two tall buildings but still being hidden away from the crowds at Taormina it felt like you were dining in a kind of secret place. If you can find it go up the steps as the friendly staff will welcome you and you will indeed love the pizza.
