The food was okay, but nothing special. The ambiance was rather simple, and the location on the street wasn't that nice. It's okay, but nothing more, in my opinion.

Went here based on the reviews. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite as great as often described. The pizza was okay, and the price was good, but the schnitzel was more like a dry shoe sole. Charging €15 for something like that, including reheated fries, is outrageous. Hence only 2 stars. As I said, the pizza was okay, though not a standout. The atmosphere was like the gas station next door, with a "quick in, quick out" vibe.

We spontaneously stopped in for dinner, as it's very close to our campsite. The pizzas were well-topped, but the dough and tomato sauce could have been better. The tiramisu and tartufo didn't seem homemade. They charged €2 for the cover charge, but no breadsticks or bread. The staff were friendly, but noticeably tired of the season. Our dachshund was welcome – which made us happy.

A little insider tip, inconspicuously located next to a gas station. Locals also go there for good, inexpensive food. The quality is top-notch, from appetizers to main courses. Benedictine wheat beer is available, if anyone is interested. The staff and waitresses speak a bit of German. Food requests and questions are well-received. We had a pleasant evening, even though this time we were only hungry for a good pizza without an appetizer, as usual. From experience, the appetizers are also very tasty.

We both had a delicious meal, and when there was leftover pizza, we were allowed to take it home. The waitress spoke excellent German.

27/10/2025: Nice restaurant that we found during a walk through the vineyards of Cavaion Veronese. Very tasty and reasonably priced lunch menu including drinks. Our second visit in the evening also had interesting dishes. The carciofi in a Parmesan basket was particularly delicious. Friendly and attentive service. Update: It's a shame that the opening hours and holiday periods aren't updated here. Both in January and again today at the end of October, we encountered closed doors... Chiuso per ferie... we grant everyone a holiday... but last week during a visit we asked if there were any holidays planned for the next few weeks... which was denied??? And today, after a walk of about 4 km, we found ourselves in front of a closed restaurant again 🤪 (this happened to us in February too). Please update the opening hours here soon. Thank you.
12/10/2025: Delicious meat, super friendly owner, nice place. Be careful, it's near the Martinelli supermarket... The location is that of the Ulivi residence, not the one 12 minutes further north set on Google Maps.
