We were walking around Empoli, and someone recommended this pizzeria. It's an excellent place, right in the center of San Miniato Alto. The waiters are very kind. The place has beautiful and unique olive oil. The pizza is very good, and you can also choose gluten-free. Everything is very good and high-quality. The value for money is very good. I recommend the pistadella pizza, it's excellent. The platters are also very good.

Good food, young, friendly, and helpful staff! The atmosphere is informal, clean, and well-organized. There aren't any crowded tables; the walls are lined with paintings that you'll have to pay a little attention to, as they're worth a visit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic dinner! We arrived without a reservation and a very kind waitress brought us to our table. We tried the white truffle pasta & the black truffle pasta, it was fantastic! The service was great, food was great, and the ambiance was great. Of course I finished the meal with amaro and a cafe. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Good pizzeria with a large selection and great prices. Very friendly service, and dogs aren't a problem either. Always busy, so reservations are recommended for larger groups.

25/12/2025: Always a great experience. We come here often, and never grow tired of Laura’s traditional (but creative) cooking. They select the best ingredients, the best local suppliers, the best quality meat and dairy. I never eat pasta, but I make an exception for the Maltagliati with Wood Pigeon and pine-nuts. I just love them so much. Also, they offer fowl when in season and wild boar, as befits this territory. I love their roasted pigeon and the beef tartare, the polenta and the truffle egg. If you start with an aperitivo, they have a good local gin (Ginepraio) or a Tuscan-made vermouth and bitter.

07/02/2026: The pizza is delicious, the price is reasonable, and most of all, the owner is really kind!!! His sense is also the best!!! He even told me about a great tiramisu restaurantㅜㅜ Thanks to him, I had a great time ღ
