I went last night with friends, a pleasant surprise in front of the fireplace! A small, cozy, rustic place... Their gnocchi specialty is special! The horse meat pieces and the delicious homemade crème brulee were also excellent, and the service was friendly.

We ordered the house gnocchi and a peasant pizza. The gnocchi were good, but the pizza was disappointing. The sauce tasted like raw tomato sauce, and the vegetables were only a few slices of zucchini and eggplant. The price wasn't reasonable for a pizza of this type... Quick service, welcoming place. The pizza chef made both the pizzas and the cashier... Thank goodness the pizza is cooked in the oven...

The location is small but very welcoming and friendly. The staff is wonderful, courteous, and available to answer any questions. The food is delicious, and I highly recommend it.

A real highlight of our stay! The place has retained its authentic charm, and the cuisine is simply worthy of a 5-star hotel. Meat and fish in a salt crust, pizzas straight from the traditional oven... a delight! Personally, I tasted one of the best fish dishes of my life there. The pasta was also excellent.

A small restaurant with an indoor dining area and a lovely terrace. The welcome is very friendly and helpful. Excellent appetizers, complemented by small, traditional dishes, and the excellent homemade bread, made in-house and served hot, are excellent. The pizzas are good, but the dough isn't very well-risen, and could be slightly improved. The price is high, especially considering the location.

Un salto nel passato di quelli belli. Location da vecchia osteria con sedie non comodissime, ordiniamo un primo e una pizza buonissimi. Ottimo per qualità e quantità (x me importante). Prezzi ragionevoli. servizio senza fronzoli e adatto al posto. Ci torno sicuramente

In particular, the yellow pizza is truly unique: flavorful, well-balanced, and made with the freshest ingredients. The Margherita pizza is also simply exceptional, with an intense flavor and a combination of flavors that captivates you from the first bite. 29/01/2026: A truly excellent experience at 400 Gradi in Lecce! I started with a mixed fried appetizer, hot, crispy, and not at all heavy, truly delicious. Next up was a pizza with stuffed ricotta tips, simply spectacular: light dough, quality ingredients, and balanced flavors. The food is truly delicious, and the location is welcoming and well-maintained, perfect for both a quiet evening and a dinner with friends. A very positive note also goes to the staff: friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
