Fantastic restaurant. Delicious authentic food from Puglia. Friendly service with good suggestions for local dishes. Truly a hidden gem. After 4 evenings of delicious food there is still plenty of choice for local dishes.

In data 5 aprile 2025 abbiamo deciso di cenare alla Vecchia Borgata. Ci sono tornato dopo un bel po' di tempo. Sarò subito schietto: il calore umano e la qualità della cucina sono sempre di livello superiore. Eravamo io e la mia compagna. Inizialmente abbiamo ordinato panzerotti e gamberetti in salsa come antipasti. Portate smisuratamente squisite. Successivamente ci siamo fiondati su due primi: io ho scelto penne al salmone, mentre la mia ragazza ha optato per gli gnocchi della casa con spinaci. Che dire? Siamo rimasti estasiati. Il tutto lo abbiamo accompagnato con dell'eccellente rosato per poi concludere trionfalmente con un sublime sorbetto variegato al limoncello. Alla Vecchia Borgata è come sentirsi a casa propria e sorvolo sul conto estremamente onesto. Un ringraziamento speciale ci tengo a farlo verso la ragazza che ci ha seguiti per tutto il corso della serata: Sofia, questo il suo nome, si è rivelata una persona eccezionale nonché dolcissima. Ritorneremo quanto prima.

On April 5, 2025 we decided to have dinner at Vecchia Borgata. I came back after quite some time. I'll be honest straight away: the human warmth and quality of the cuisine are always top-notch. It was me and my partner. We initially ordered panzerotti and shrimp in sauce as appetizers. Immeasurably delicious dishes. We then settled on two first courses: I chose penne with salmon, while my girlfriend opted for the house gnocchi with spinach. What can I say? We were thrilled. We accompanied it all with an excellent rosé and then concluded triumphantly with a sublime variegated limoncello sorbet. At Vecchia Borgata it's like feeling at home and I'll ignore the extremely honest bill. I would like to give a special thank you to the girl who followed us throughout the evening: Sofia, this is her name, turned out to be an exceptional and very sweet person. We will return as soon as possible.

17/04/2025: We celebrated my dad Antonio's 60th birthday in this magnificent place and we were really thrilled. The staff was super helpful right away, they welcomed us with a smile and were attentive to our every need. One aspect that we appreciated very much was the care taken in managing food allergies: they modified the menu for those who could not eat certain foods, without making anything burdensome, indeed with great attention and kindness; they showed patience and availability in listening to all our requests. Even though we were less than 20 people, they put us in the largest and brightest room, which we really appreciated because it allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view outside and enjoy the day even more. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the service to the way they served us: kind, fast, never intrusive and very professional. The external environment is also very well looked after: lots of greenery, a relaxing environment and perfect for a family party. We really recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place with people who put their heart into what they do

04/05/2025: We had an aperitif, excellent! Very abundant, we received 4 trays full of delicacies. Professional service, location a little far from the usual places of passage. Recommended!
