We purposely went to meet Chef Raimondo, whom we'd had the great pleasure of meeting (and recommending) in Milan. Our expectations were amply rewarded; while our home was too cramped, his space was truly captivating. Cooking remains his greatest dream, and our greatest satisfaction. Bravo, Max.

Forget London. Forget New York. This is the place you need to be. Truly. Please go if you have the occasion, time and money because it is worth every penny.
The service: attentive, calm, there when you need it and gone when you don't.
The food: creative, explosive, yet thoughtful and truly considerate.
We all left satisfied (with a small hunger for a gelato, which, we believe, is calculated)
The atmosphere: new, innovative, daring. A real gamble in this region but one that paid off (in my opinion).
To the owners: don't compromise. Don't go easy. Dare, crate and keep being you.

An excellent and carefully crafted reinterpretation of Calabrian cuisine.
Excellent service, beautiful location: refined yet warm and familiar.
In an area where the food is excellent in most restaurants but the attention to preparation and service is, unfortunately, often lacking, it is a great joy for me to discover a restaurant where the quality of the ingredients is combined with artistry, originality, care, elegance in preparation, and kindness and courtesy towards the customers.

The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, welcoming us with kindness despite our late arrival. We chose the six-course spring menu: each dish was balanced in flavors and presented with care. The lunch was filling but light, leaving us fully satisfied, from the amuse-bouche (extraordinary olives), to the homemade bread, to the small pastries. The wine pairing was excellent, which further enhanced the experience. I think the place combines elegance and authenticity. An experience that I highly recommend!!!

What can I say, a magnificent experience. We decided to take the tasting menu with a pairing of 4 wines (possibility of having 6 as well), delicious food!!!!! both for the sight and for the palate. They accompany everything with bread and butter made by them, really too good!
For those who don't want the tasting menu, which I highly recommend, there is the à la carte menu with prices ranging from approximately 16 to 40 euros.
Price of 7-course tasting menu €70 each + 4 wine pairings around 40 euros each. Homemade and non-homemade food revisited in a nouvelle cousine key. Right quantity, not mini portions as you would expect, for example I wasn't able to finish the sweets (a shame). Minimal and relaxing atmosphere, friendly, trained and attentive to detail staff. I'll be back to try the new winter menu 🥰

After a year we returned, directly from Milan, to savor the delicacies of Chef Raimondo who was able to amaze us again with a top-notch gourmet menu!
In this restaurant, in addition to the kindness and warmth of all the staff (led by the super landlady Noemi), you will find the perfect combination between quality and innovation!
In each course the Chef with the utmost CARE combines raw materials and flavors that delight the palate of us lovers of perfection!
Don't think about classic seafood or land dishes, here you can find special dishes that combine all the elements and transport you to culinary paradise.
