An excellent culinary experience at this small restaurant in the municipality of Davoli, where the chef guides you on a journey that allows you to savor dishes that are not only beautiful to the eye, but also truly delicious. The risotto and turbot are delicious. Prompt and precise service. Must try.

A pleasant surprise with a truly high-quality food and wine selection. Dishes are elaborate, tasty, and beautifully presented. The wine pairings are spot-on, with options ranging from small local producers to top-notch regional specialties. The service is youthful and professional. If they continue like this, a Michelin star will arrive soon.

A truly high-quality experience, we chose the 6-course tasting menu, which actually turned out to be 8. There was great skill in the use of local ingredients, a great imagination in the pairings, and in the end, we left extremely satisfied. A couple of Michelin stars would have been fully awarded if only this restaurant weren't located in our far south... But perhaps it's better this way; the price isn't Michelin-starred, but the experience is!

We purposely went to meet Chef Raimondo, whom we'd had the great pleasure of meeting (and recommending) in Milan. Our expectations were amply rewarded; while our home was too cramped, his space was truly captivating. Cooking remains his greatest dream, and our greatest satisfaction. Bravo, Max.

Oh...my...god... Forget London. Forget New York. This is the place you need to be. Truly. Please go if you have the occasion, time and money because it is worth every penny. The service: attentive, calm, there when you need it and gone when you don't. The food: creative, explosive, yet thoughtful and truly considerate. We all left satisfied (with a small hunger for a gelato, which, we believe, is calculated) The atmosphere: new, innovative, daring. A real gamble in this region but one that paid off (in my opinion). To the owners: don't compromise. Don't go easy. Dare, crate and keep being you. Good job, this fantastic restaurant.

An excellent and carefully crafted reinterpretation of Calabrian cuisine. Excellent service, beautiful location: refined yet warm and familiar. In an area where the food is excellent in most restaurants but the attention to preparation and service is, unfortunately, often lacking, it is a great joy for me to discover a restaurant where the quality of the ingredients is combined with artistry, originality, care, elegance in preparation, and kindness and courtesy towards the customers.
