We come from Genoa, Serravalle Scrivia, and Florence. We come every year to enjoy the traditional dishes with white truffles. The food is excellent and the service is first-rate. Umberto and Chiara are truly knowledgeable and were able to advise us on this wonderful culinary experience. Highly recommended.

Typical Piedmontese dishes such as Fassona tartare and tajarin with prized black truffle, accompanied by an excellent Nebbiolo and Barbaresco.

The food was delicious, everything was perfectly prepared, and the service was excellent, with a wonderful young man who truly knows how to please his guests. NOTHING was too much trouble. He was quick, managed the entire terrace single-handedly, and had everything perfectly under control. We had a wonderful time!
