A charming trattoria in the heart of Naples. Excellent dishes, a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The complete house antipasto was delicious, with various fried dishes (including anchovies and provola cheese), mussels, and eggplant parmigiana. The first courses were also excellent, plentiful and with delicious sauces!

Super friendly staff, and as you'd expect in Naples, they're passionate about football. The homemade pasta is highly recommended. The tortellini with buffalo mozzarella was divine.

I had dinner at this restaurant. I ordered a seafood first course. It was delicious; you could taste the quality of the ingredients and it was expertly prepared. The owner and staff were very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Located downtown, this restaurant has two indoor dining rooms. Service was very, very slow, but the food was delicious and expertly prepared. Typical Neapolitan cuisine; we tried a very good Genoese-style pasta dish! Average prices. A bit chaotic, but the food is good.

Ristorante Il Grottino Verde

20/11/2025: A small restaurant with a soft, homey atmosphere. Tables are arranged in a single room, where a musician elegantly entertains. Outside, there's a large garden and two small pools where you can sip a cocktail or coffee after your meal. There are also a couple of children's games in the garden. The food is very good, and the portions are quite generous. We chose the set menu on Sunday and had a great time. The staff is truly delightful, knowledgeable and, above all, attentive to every need.
10/11/2025: I've known Grottino Verde for about 30 years, and returning after a long time found a simple but pleasant atmosphere, with an outdoor space and many mandarin trees that still have their charm. Very friendly service, good food; if you like pasta, the scialatielli are truly excellent, especially if you love "scarpetta" (toss the bread with your hands). The fixed menu features meat and fish, with a generous appetizer and dry fried dishes, the same goes for the fried fish as a main course. Piano bar included. Go there if you want a good meal; you won't find a Michelin-starred restaurant, but you'll find home-style, family-style cooking. We'll gladly return at the first opportunity.
