I give 5 stars because I wouldn't want to lower the average of reviews, because I also have a business that is subject to reviews and therefore I know how much it costs the business to receive negative reviews. However, I would like to express my opinion so that the pizzeria can take advantage of my advice. The pizza is quite good but it often happens that the dough is soggy especially if there are mushrooms in the ingredients, soggy pizza sucks and you pizza chefs know it, and if you are truly pizza chefs you also know how to avoid this from happening. Second observation: the fact that there is no 66 ichnusa beer is blasphemous, we are in Sardinia where ichnusa beer is a sacred symbol of the Sardinian land, I say this because not everyone likes draft beer even if it is ichnusa.....for the rest I can only give 10 out of 10, the place is very welcoming, the bathrooms are spotless and well served, the staff are excellent, all very kind, friendly but above all very attentive to the customer's needs. Vote for the staff 100 cum laude. The only flaw is the pizza which in some cases the dough is soggy, but this can be solved with a little attention. The pizza ingredients are good. I hope that this review can be useful especially to the pizzeria so that they can improve their product which is already of a high standard.

Vado ormai da qualche anno a mangiare la pizza da loro e sono ottime, i prodotti freschi e il senza glutine è eccezionale, compresi i loro dolci. Servizio impeccabile.

Vado in questa pizzeria quasi ogni settimana per mangiare una pizza senza glutine e lattosio, e ogni volta a ogni morso la mia reazione è sempre "WOW.. SPETTACOLARE 🤩!" È senza dubbio la pizza più buona che esista ad assemini,sia per l’impasto senza glutine che quello normale! E soprattutto x chi è celiaco, trovare una pizza senza glutine dove neanche ti accorgi della differenza con quella normale è veramente 🔝 ! Locale pulito e molto accogliente ..incluso tutto lo staff che vedi lavorare con tanta passione e che accoglie tutti i clienti con un bel sorriso!❤️
