Pizzeria Sant'Antonio In Mattinata

I was really impressed with the extremely friendly and helpful staff. The strong point of the place is undoubtedly the cuisine, dishes with fresh fish that delight the palate. Along with the appetizer we ate a focaccia with cherry tomatoes, cooked in a wood oven with a thin and crunchy crust. (as I told the pizza chef and the owner, the best I tasted in Mattinata). First and second courses of excellent quality, a sorbet in a jar to be enjoyed with a spoon was the finishing touch of a very tasty dinner. I highly recommend this place to all lovers of good food! Thanks for the limoncello which was kindly offered by the owner.

They were very kind. Good food. Abundant portions on the Sant'Antonio starter. A good refreshment point with prices still acceptable even for a family. I recommend it.

Good pizza, nice location.. for catering I find it too expensive in proportion to the really poor dishes..

Ci torniamo ogni anno. Si sta bene, bella location di fronte al mare, parcheggio ampio. Personale gentile e affabile. Pizza e antipasti molto buoni. Impagabile poter cenare a due passi dal mare

Conosciuto come pizzeria / ristorante, in realtà è molto di più... Da quest'anno viene gestito anche il lido.. Così diventa il luogo ideale per trascorrere l'intera giornata al mare. La spiaggia, con ciottoli e mare cristallino, ha tutti i comfort : ombrelloni e lettini puliti e nuovi, il bar dove rilassarsi all'ombra, le docce,,lo spogliatoio e la toilette. Il ristorante è con vista mare, sempre arieggiato, dove ogni giorno viene servito pesce fresco a scelta e tanti piatti della tradizione, con ingredienti a km 0, ottimo anche solo per gustare uno spuntino leggero! La gentilezza e simpatia del proprietario Giuseppe completa la splendida accoglienza.

Wonderful terrace overlooking the sea... wonderful calamarata and very good and well-kept grilled fish... very kind and beautiful view.

Inedible pizza: soggy and without salt.

The dishes are good and well presented. I have no complaints about the kitchen. However, the service was more than disappointing. We had ordered a plate of fries, it arrived after we had finished our dishes. At the end of the meal, we were waiting for someone to come and clear the table so we could order dessert, but the minutes passed, and the waiters didn't even glance at us. They preferred to clear other tables, which had nevertheless arrived after us. We were 5 people.

Came here as a family midway through a holiday travelling across Italy. Great location and great atmosphere. Really recommend the pizza, and at a very good price. Very popular - so get there early / pre-book, or be prepared to wait. Restaurant was full within 20 mins of us arriving and service noticeably slowed after that. Appered to be popular which was a good sign! Italian is not my first language but menus are in both Italian and English. We ordered in English which created some confusion with the order though as most of the staff speak only italian. This caused a delay with the food, however was worth the wait. If you are staying in the area would definitely recommend.

Lovely place....excellent and quality food....fast service and everyone is very kind.....by the sea it has something extra.....if you are nearby you can't miss it... .all fantastic....CONGRATULATIONS 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
