I took a pizza making class. The chef was so friendly & made everyone feel welcome. I loved the hands on experience. Rolling out the dough is not easy. It was fun to add the ingredients (sauce, bay leaves, cheese and olive oil) to the dough. My pizza was placed in the oven and it came out so tasty & crisp. Later, we were served a variety of pizzas along with wines. I thoroughly enjoyed the class!

Excellent pizza and friendly staff. Fresh, top-quality ingredients. The only flaw was the Margherita pizza, with the prosciutto being too fatty and too sinewy, making it difficult to chew.

Salvo's pizza is characterized by the variety of ingredients used for the toppings and the authenticity of the products, all highly sought after. I was a bit less impressed with the pizza base, which I found too thin and the crust not very well-aired. However, the fried foods, both for the appetizers and the pizzas, are very good.
I recommend the montanara.
