Sa Tracca is a pizzeria that absolutely deserves its five stars. The staff is exquisite, welcoming, and always smiling, making you feel right at home. The pizzas and dishes are truly unique, carefully crafted, and rich in flavor; you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxed, perfect for a dinner with friends or family. Highly recommended!

A small, well-maintained pizzeria. The waiters pay great attention to each customer, so much so that as soon as I dropped a handkerchief, they came over to bring me a new one. As for the pizza, everything on the menu looks good, but then it arrived and it was incredible, the best pizza I've ever had after my dad's.

Excellent pizza (very digestible) thanks to the choice of selected flours. Efficient service. The lovely manners and smile of the young lady who served us (I believe she's the owner's daughter) were a particular highlight.

Unfortunately, only three stars. Because of the Gallura pizza, I expected the right ingredients, typical of Gallura. But that wasn't the case. Being a true Gallura native, it was a bit of a blow. But overall, it was good.

Meticulously curated down to the smallest detail, the location is decorated with unique Sardinian handcrafted pieces, ranging from antiques to works of art by contemporary Sardinian artists, making it one of a kind. The warm, soft lighting, which makes the atmosphere very welcoming, is also noteworthy. The staff, in addition to being truly attentive and caring, is highly knowledgeable, knows the menu inside out, and can guide even the most discerning diners to the most appropriate choice, even for the most delicate palates. My thanks to Patrizia for this, a reflection of her professionalism and customer service. The raw materials used, always fresh and of excellent quality, are the result of expert food and wine research by the owner, Efisio. Prices are average; I'd even say low for the quality. Very good and easy-to-digest pizza. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they also delivered very quickly, arriving within ten minutes of ordering. Recommended if you want a different kind of pizza.
