04/11/2025: Discovered by chance on the road during a day trip, the interior space itself has potential that, in my opinion, isn't fully realized during the winter. In the summer, I think it's more enjoyable in the square outside, and the village of Monte Roberto, with its 13th-century castle walls, is worth admiring and visiting. The menu is simple (the paper version is basic, and definitely needs a graphic overhaul, but that's my professional bias) and the cuisine showcases local products and traditions. The pizza is delicious and well-seasoned. The service is friendly and attentive, and the prices are reasonable. The rosemary crescia was truly excellent, while the platter I ordered had high expectations that weren't entirely met. Overall, a pleasant evening spent with food that wasn't entirely praiseworthy, but certainly not infamous.

01/10/2025: We did not have a reservation and they did not have the ability to seat us, so we took it to go. There were some available tables, but they were being held for the reservations, which makes perfect sense. I highly recommend that you make a reservation prior to going as pizza is best enjoyed hot and fresh. Putting aside the fact that it was takeout and cold by the time we got home, it was still a very enjoyable pizza and we would return for a seated dinner.
