The real "Pizza al taglio" as It should be, soft and fragrant, u can taste this kind of pizza 🍕 only in Sardinia

The dough was too thick and too soft, never cooked through. The wiustel was not cooked beforehand and the onions were bland. The Roma 1 pizzeria further down the road is much better.

18/10/2025: Iconic pub and brewery on one of the main streets in the center of Cagliari.
17/10/2025: Where do I start… this is my cozy place to go. The staff is super kind and friendly, the food is great, I love the new menu, and the beers, and the atmosphere, and the concept. My favourite spot is at the counter.

25/06/2026: Simple restaurant, but possible the BEST pizza we’ve had in Sardinia.. tomato sauce tastes homemade, cheese top quality & pizza dough was delicious!
30/05/2026: So far, the best pizza in town! Small outdoor seating area, but pizza comes in a box 😊 (takeaway pizza)
