Light and easily digestible dough made with sourdough starter. The pinsa are delicious, and the "Contemporanea" pizza is highly recommended. Recommended!

17/01/2026: Tired of the same old Neapolitan pizzas, we've finally found the kind of pizza that's right for us!! Thin, light, and made with 100% fresh ingredients. We're really satisfied, and it will definitely become our favorite place.
27/12/2025: Very good pizza, thin and crispy. The new managers, Silvio and Alessandra, are super friendly and approachable. One of the few good pizzas you can eat in Caselle.
