The place has its own philosophy: only pizza on the shovel, each for two people and with two flavours; and no changes to the ingredients. The pizza is very good, one of the best in Padua; but if a poor person is in Padua alone, he either takes half of it home or goes somewhere else. And if someone doesn't like an ingredient (anchovies, salami or radicchio for example) what does it cost to remove it? I repeat, the pizza is fabulous and the place deserves it; but a little less fundamentalism wouldn't hurt.
