Excellent food, remarkable seafood pasta, exquisite pizzas. To return

Apparently from the outside it didn't strike me as a place.....and instead I changed my mind. The waitress was very kind, the pizza was very good and also the sandwich with chips. Everything exquisite.

I won't review the pizza because it's very personal in my opinion, however it was good I recommend the mixed fried food which was very good and dry

Very nice place, lots of period furnishings and details...kind, welcoming and sociable staff...good pizza, large and well seasoned...Caesar salad as well...wine, beer, very good desserts...honest price. Fast and efficient service! Thank you, I absolutely recommend.

It was a suggestion from my hotel receptionist to go there. I'm more than just thrilled... Not fancy, but very cozy, down-to-earth and the pizza (Tonno e cipole) 🍕 blew me away... The dessert (tiramisu) finally made me smile... Nice service, even though the restaurant was packed, but still took the time to explain the menu. If the restaurant were closer than 660km away, I would be there more often.

Pleasant and welcoming environment full of vintage objects

Sabato 3 augusto 2024 sono andato a mangiare con un collega alla Pizzeria Ristorante Sombreros. Avevamo prenotato in anticipo a tavolo directettamente with the padrona di casa. The padrona of my house is both rigid and severe. Non the piace che noi ospiti non prenotiamo il tavolo in anticipo. For this reason it is successful with tourists, but not like that. On Saturday, August 3, 2024, I went to eat with a colleague at the pizzeria Ristorante Sombreros. We had reserved a table in advance directly with the landlady. The landlady seemed rigid and strict to me. She doesn't like it when we guests don't reserve a table in advance. Maybe this only happens with tourists, I don't know. It's a bit understandable if a lot of guests visit the Sombrero. I couldn't understand how the name Sombrero came about. When I saw the restaurant with that name from the outside, I thought of a Spanish or Mexican restaurant. The name pizzeria makes it unnecessary. We were allocated a table for two on the terrace in the middle, which was perfect for us. We were served by two very nice young ladies who took our orders and served them. I suspect one of the waitresses could be the landlady's daughter, or both. The two ladies were very friendly, efficient and gave us good advice. They always had a smile on their faces, which made them very likeable. There was a good white wine from the region for the aperitif and a bottle of red wine for the main course. For starters we had a caprese salad and spaghetti vongole. For the main course there was a pizza verdura and I ordered fish with vegetables. The food was excellent!!! The starter and main course were always served together so that my colleague and I could eat together. The furnishings are typically Italian. I always like that. The restaurant looks a little cold and minimalistic inside. I will have to visit it in autumn/winter when the guests are seated inside the restaurant, then the effect will definitely be different. My conclusion: I will visit the restaurant again and recommend it. I hope the hostess will lighten up a bit and see her smile. Until next time, I'm looking forward to it.
