06/08/2024: During our stay in Rome we ate twice in this restaurant. The carbonaras are excellent. Great discovery.
18/05/2024: We are staying at the Waldorf Astoria and wanted to try something authentic in the nearby town. 15 min walk and was not disappointed. Huge wine selection, and excellent pasta dishes…the rigatoni with white beef ragu was the best meal of our trip. Only thing a little disappointing was the dessert- crème brûlée was not as good as I had hoped (hence the 4 stars) Definitely recommend this restaurant!

Trattoria Ai Villini

01/08/2024: I returned after many years and found the same welcoming environment as the classic Roman trattoria. Excellent food, always attentive service. A certainty. To visit.
31/07/2024: what a pleasant surprise, discovered almost by chance, it was closing but they kindly let us have lunch...top seared sardines
