26/02/2025: The food is undoubtedly worthy of tasting, with well-balanced flavours, although slightly savory for my taste. The table service is impeccable, attentive and professional, and the waiting times were adequate. The atmosphere perfectly recalls the Piedmontese tradition, offering a warm and welcoming environment, frequented by a medium-high level clientele. I recommend it.

19/02/2025: Very pleasant restaurant, a great discovery and an address that I will keep for a future return to Cuneo. A predominantly local clientele, efficient service, a simple and appetizing menu, a very extensive wine list (mostly Nebbiolo). I recommend because the value for money is excellent and the Michelin citation is deserved.
