The best pizzas I've had so far, after 22 years of coming to Italy: Crispy dough, thin crust, not too thick, not too cheesey, top-quality ingredients, and, above all, a great balance of ingredients. Great pizzaiolo.

20/07/2025: Pizzeria La Colmen is one of the most famous restaurants on the Czech Coast. The menu offers a wide selection, and the service is a bit slow but always courteous and attentive. I found the pizza good but difficult to digest, so I wouldn't recommend coming here, especially if you have digestive issues.
