One of the few restaurants that enhances its dishes by pairing them with the most suitable olive oil. Each dish and pairing is explained by the staff, who also guide you through the daily specials and the menu. High-quality ingredients, with homemade bread, pasta, and desserts. The price is fair, around €45 per person for an appetizer + olive oil tasting, two first courses, one second course, one dessert, water, and coffee.

The venue, finely restored, lacks the right atmosphere: inadequate music and lighting. In a Templar place from the 1200s I expect not to listen to commercial Italian pop music.

We went for lunch by chance on Sunday, sitting at a table outside, a beautiful sunny day, in the small square in the historic centre, the atmosphere was very nice.
Restaurant with beautiful internal rooms, all renovated and with a Templar theme, very very beautiful.
SPECTACULAR food, we had a superb octopus appetizer with potato cream, a superb first course of asparagus and prawn tagliolini, the pasta was fresh and handmade, it was evident from the consistency, very good croaker with an innovative and delicious sauce, the children had fried calamari which finally tasted like calamari, incredible freshness, instead of the usual defrosted bagged ones.
Excellent service, courtesy and love for his business struck us, always available, he described the dishes with ambition because he was aware that they would be a success.
Congratulations, we will definitely be back, maybe not in the middle of summer, but we will be back, it is also worth it for the price, because we spent the right amount for the quality of the products and the quantity.
