I tried the pasta all'assassina at this trattoria and it was a real surprise: perfectly cooked, perfectly crispy, and with that smoky, slightly spicy flavor that makes this dish unique. The portion was generous and beautifully presented, with just the right amount of charring that distinguishes the true assassina from Bari. The friendly service and family atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try a traditional Apulian dish prepared as it should be.

Excellent pizza and good service. It's a shame some customers were smoking outside during dinner, which somewhat ruined the atmosphere. Overall, a positive experience!

We absolutely could not miss the new opening. The pizzas as always excellent; the staff kind, attentive and helpful. The new place different but welcoming; it will remain our trusted pizzeria and we will return as always willingly.
