09/12/2025: If I could, I'd give 10 stars for every review. The pastry shop is excellent, their ricotta cake is absolutely one of my favorites, and the Sacher torte is oh my. As for the hotel, I don't understand the 3 stars, given that it's a place with every comfort: wonderful rooms, a lovely spa, and amazing breakfasts and snacks. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, and the courtesy of the staff is paramount. Diego, the guy at the front desk, makes you feel at home, pampering you and taking care of your every need. I'll definitely be back.

07/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we loved it! The hotel was at a good location and the views from the room are beautiful. The hotel and room are very very clean and well designed, and the staff are so polite and helpful. The free breakfast and afternoon snacks were perfect for sweet and savoury meals, and the pastries were amazing!! It was a good base, we even rented e bikes from the hotel and used them to explore the area. Would recommend highly!
