Il Gatto Rosso is a real gem! Warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The cuisine is delicious: dishes with attention to detail, and fresh ingredients. Impeccable service, friendly and attentive without ever being intrusive. One of those experiences that make you want to come back right away!

The place is refined, well-kept, I had lunch with my wife, and we were welcomed by kind and helpful staff. The cuisine is for all tastes, it combines local culinary tradition with refined dishes. We chose the second option, and we were satisfied both with the excellent cuisine and the generous portions. The appetizers were also generous. Finally, we had the opportunity to meet the chef, Agostino Bartoli, a starred chef and a welcoming and friendly person. I highly recommend those who have not been there yet, to treat themselves to lunch or dinner at the restaurant "Il Gatto Rosso". We will definitely be back.

Historic restaurant in the village of Taranto, excellent quality food and excellent service. Traditional cuisine especially based on seafood. The chef is the owner and is very very attentive to everything. The price is adequate for the excellence of the products used.

A truly incredible restaurant! The food was fresh, delicious and presented with obsessive care. Each dish was a work of art for the palate! Agostino is a professional! What made the experience even more special was the staff: kind, friendly and attentive to our needs. They made us feel at home!! I can only highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of fresh fish and good food🤩

If you are alone in the restaurant, it was quite okay. After dinner, for which we waited an average amount of time, we had to wait 42 minutes for the table to be cleared and another order to be placed, and another 16 minutes for payment. It was a rather unpleasant end to the whole nice experience.

Al Gatto Rosso Restaurant is an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy high quality seafood dishes in an elegant and welcoming environment. The combination of tradition and culinary innovation, along with attentive service, makes it one of my favorite restaurants.

Everything of excellent quality and great refinement from starters to dessert. I don't comment on wines because I don't drink alcohol.
