I returned after a few years and left satisfied. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff friendly. I appreciated the attention to wait times. In my case, alone, I was given priority over more demanding tables. The fish is fresh and the dishes are generous. The mixed antipasto is worth it; it would be enough on its own. There are some risky options, like the strawberries with a side of shrimp, which I honestly didn't understand. For the main course, I would have lightened the grilled calamari with a generous accompaniment of diced peppers. I would leave more room for the fish, without overshadowing it too much. The wine selection is good. In any case, it's a place to go with confidence and avoid any surprises. Highly recommended.

The restaurant, located very close to the center of Taranto, is well-located with a small but welcoming atmosphere. The professional and helpful staff welcomed us with care and kindness. The appetizers, with their varied courses, were satisfying, and the raw ham was of excellent quality. The first courses were well-prepared, but the risotto needed a little more kick. The sea bass cooked in ash sauce delighted the taste buds, offering a harmonious symphony of flavors. It's a shame about the fried cod, which, although excellent, could have been drier; the breading was good. The service was discreet, but the smiles and kindness made our visit extremely pleasant. The price was in line with the excellent quality. Recommended, a lunch prepared with the right timing and flavors to savor.

The service was too slow, the seafood gnocchi starter had few clams and no seafood; the fried seafood was average, and the ravioli were adequate. The price-quality ratio was too high; I expected something more from a renowned restaurant in Taranto.
