Truly excellent food, excellent service, and an equally excellent location. Excellent value. Only a 10-minute wait with the dining room almost full. Not recommended for those accustomed to driving directly into the restaurant. Jokes aside, it's in a restricted traffic zone, so a quick stroll isn't a bad idea.

Dinner for two: gnocchi with fioretta, pappardelle with wild boar, sliced venison, and Cimbrian cake. Everything was delicious, including the bread, which they make themselves; the place is very welcoming. The owner is an avid cyclist; the vintage bicycles hanging around the place are hers, and they're not just there for show...

A restaurant with a varied and extensive menu, offering a good selection of vegan and vegetarian options.
The prices are reasonable, the portions generous, and the staff is friendly and willing to accommodate guests' requests.

Quiet and clean place. Knowledgeable, fast, and helpful staff. Excellent dishes and pizzas. I hadn't yet found a pizzeria that made 48-hour dough, which is delicious. The dough is also very easy to digest, and this comes from someone with a very sensitive stomach. The thick crust is typical of Neapolitan pizza, if I'm not mistaken, and the ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and plentiful. Well done, well done, well done!

Nice atmosphere, pleasantly rustic, outdoor seating for the summer, good food, I ate the gnocchi with fioretta, a typical specialty of Recoaro, very good.

Excellent value.
We already knew the place and liked it for its terrace overlooking the stream and the wonderful fried shrimp.
We returned and found the tourist menu: a real surprise...for €15, a choice of first and second courses with a variety of side dishes.
We particularly liked the Angus steak, but everything else was good too. We also asked for fresh mushrooms, which were off the menu, and they were excellent.
We'll definitely be back!!!

Good pizza and quality ingredients, a quaint atmosphere, and friendly staff. We went two nights in a row. The first night for pizza, the second night we had a very good grilled braciola with roast potatoes, but I had the polenta removed because I don't like it. My husband had ravioli filled with cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, and for his main course, polenta and mushrooms. We were satisfied, and the price was fair.

Too bad! The pizza is hard to digest, with few ingredients placed only in the center to leave room for a thick, rubbery, and flavorless crust all around, almost 4 cm thick! They only serve pasta! 😖 It's a shame because the historic restaurant is spacious and charming. The outdoor dining area offers a pleasant view of the stream, accessible only by reservation! The indoor dining area has huge windows that let in plenty of light. Unfortunately, in the summer, it doesn't have adequate ventilation, so with the fire always burning for the grilled meat, the temperature is very high, making everything even more uncomfortable. The owner came to take our orders and was unprofessional, rude, and surly... Luckily, they have kind and friendly waiters! Maybe we'll come back to try the restaurant.

Too much technology for booking, ordering, calling the waiter, and asking for the bill. The old system is better. We're in Recoaro, not New York. The waiters are unpleasant and rushed. In Romagna, in shops, hotels, and beach resorts, there are lots of young people and students who work seasonal jobs, putting in 13 or 14 hours a day for three months, and they always have a smile. The food, however, is good, and the place is very nice, especially the veranda. Get rid of the app and the voicemail reservation system and prefer the human touch. I'd love to see a 70- or 80-year-old try to book with all those buttons to press when talking to that voicemail that makes him constantly dial numbers. I think he'd just hang up and not book. A young person gets annoyed, let alone someone unaccustomed to technology like an older person. Anyway, do as you please. If you want to keep the app to call the waiter and order, do so. I still prefer to call the waiter by voice or call and speak to someone rather than typing 700 keys on the phone, which feels like a call center to me. But criticism should be accepted if you own a business, and don't be prejudiced if I point this out. I don't think everyone in Recoaro is so obsessed with technology that they'll die if they don't have the app. Anyway, it's just a piece of advice; don't take it too seriously.
