Pizzeria Ristorante Caruso In Trecate

Stopped by for a late lunch en route to the airport. Nice friendly family. Pizza was surprisingly legit! Crunchy bottom and crust. Chewy cheese. It's nice! The family was nice to accommodate us as we showed up at 2 and they close at 230? We were not rushed ever. I was thinking of rating 4.5 for the quality versus price, but I can't rate 4.5 so I'll round up to 5. It's a nice neighborhood spot to stop by. Parking can be challenging though.

L'accoglienza e la cortesia è sicuramente un punto forte di questa splendida realtà. Pizza fantastica e digeribilissima. Anche la cucina (soprattutto a base di pesce) non è da meno. Vi invito a recarvi in questo periodo per gustare la pizza al carbone vegetale. Peccato che non viene proposta anche durante l'anno. Bravi!

Very good pizza and nice atmosphere. Also very well prepared for various intolerances: on request it is possible to have lactose-free mozzarella and gluten-free dough. Even some desserts are lactose-free, which is not a given at all. Quick service and very nice owners, I will come back for sure!

Friendly staff, the pizza chefs are very capable and imaginative. Excellent customer management.

The pizza is decent but unfortunately it is no longer what it used to be. It was terribly hot!

It's always nice to come back to this place. The pizza is excellent and with such a light dough. There is something for all tastes: wholemeal, vegetarian and without mozzarella for those intolerant to lactose. The pizza chef's proposal is intriguing and changes every month. All desserts are homemade. The staff welcomed us with professionalism and warmth. Excellent
