It's always nice to come back to this place. The pizza is excellent and with such a light dough. There is something for all tastes: wholemeal, vegetarian and without mozzarella for those intolerant to lactose. The pizza chef's proposal is intriguing and changes every month. All desserts are homemade. The staff welcomed us with professionalism and warmth. Excellent

Very good pizza and interesting menu but.... The wait..... 1 hour and 15 minutes for a pizza on a Thursday evening, with a reservation, seems a bit much to me. Let's give the benefit of the doubt (everyone has a bad evening) and we will come back to try again, hoping for shorter waiting times.

Caruso Gino, proprietario del noto Ristorante Pizzeria Caruso, gode di una elevata esperienza di circa 40 anni nella sua professione.Locale molto pulito, rinnovato e accogliente. Menù turistico da 13 euro molto soddisfacente come la pizza abbondantemente farcita con condimento di prima scelta. Bravo Gino e complimenti al tuo staff.

25/06/2024: we stayed at the Manor on Saturday 22 June. Very pleasant discovery! Excellent and refined food, as well as the proposed choice of wines. The restaurant has been well renovated, with an inviting external part. I will return for sure
22/06/2024: Beautiful restaurant housed in an old rustic farmhouse, made very elegant, very kind and welcoming managers, very good and unique food, excellent quality/price ratio. Refined bitters and wines. The chef stopped to talk to us after dinner, explaining the particular recipes of his dishes.
