The location in the pedestrian zone is fantastic, and the pizza is very good. However, the service isn't particularly friendly, and you pay a €2 cover charge per person for nothing... not even bread.

The food arrived very quickly. The service was very friendly. Unfortunately, the Vino di Spritz was flat. The pizzas were edible but very carelessly topped. The cheese was strangely dry when hot.

Amazing pasta and very affordable. The best pasta allo Scoglio i have eaten in years. Loved the place! Family owned so feels like an italian grandma made it!

Hello. We came here for a business trip. We weren't really hungry when we saw the place, so we decided to grab a pizza while we were there. The pizza we had was the most delicious pizza I've ever tasted. I highly recommend anyone who happens to be in this area to come here.

The pizzas aren't great, definitely not Neapolitan-style, and they're quite expensive. They take a long time to arrive, and we ate on the street. The waiters shout at each other. I won't repeat the experience.

Harry's Grill

26/01/2026: Decided to drop in for a Cappuccino and a treat. The reason is this place is named after my father Harry. Anyway, service was excellent, treat delicious, Cappuccino was wonderful. But of course we can't make a habit of it as it's a bit above our price range which we expected. Great relaxing experience.
03/12/2025: I rarely write review but this one deserves it. Firstly, the food is amazing, fiorentina is soft as soul and starters are crazy good. Secondly, service is another level. Ruben is amazing host who served us throughout whole night. Such a pleasant service. Lastly, the place (atmosphere) is what you want in Trieste. Superb. Congrats to owner and service staff

03/01/2026: Came at 14:30, did not wait for a table, service was amazing and enjoyed Aperol Spritz with amazing Zucchini feta balls with tzatziki sauce, delicious Linguine with tomato sauce and Carbonara with bacon.
31/12/2025: My husband and I had lunch with our dog (who was welcome). We sat down for an aperitif (Friulian wine, Venetian Spritz Select, and beer with appetizers), but then decided to have lunch. My husband had the hamburger, and being vegetarian, I opted for the eggplant caponata with pine nuts, raisins, and sautéed chicory (very good). Excellent value, kind and friendly staff.
