Pizza is a matter of taste, and I have to say I really enjoy this one. Not only that, but it's also the classic Calabrian pizza, thin and cooked to perfection, and the ingredients are also top-quality. My thermometer lately has been determined by how many times I get up in the middle of the night to drink (or go to the bathroom if I'm feeling sick). Tonight everything was fine, so the pizza was good. I went on a pizza tour last night, a table of over 20 people. They had a great time, with tons of pizzas, a wide selection, and no wait at all. The staff is almost all female, and women, as we know, have an edge. The place is very well soundproofed, and despite being on the street, it's very comfortable inside. I'll definitely be back because I'm curious to try the food.

Their thoughtfulness made the entire evening relaxing and enjoyable. But what makes this restaurant a true gem is its inclusive cuisine, especially for those with specific dietary needs. Since my wife is gluten-intolerant, finding VALUABLE and non-trivial options is often a challenge, but here the gluten-free selection is vast, creative, and top-notch. I was able to choose from appetizers, first courses, pizza, and desserts without having to sacrifice flavor or fear cross-contamination. This level of attention and care for intolerant diners deserves special praise: the ability to enjoy a complete and delicious dinner in complete safety is a huge added value. The dishes were exquisite, prepared with fresh ingredients and carefully presented. From the first course to the last, you could feel Chef Ernesto's passion and mastery. La Cannarutia is a must-visit. If you're looking for a place where hospitality is genuine and the food quality is excellent, with attention to everyone's needs (especially the gluten-free options), you won't be disappointed!
