Excellent lunch option. Variety and good food. A wide selection of first and second courses, as well as seasonal vegetables, sautéed, grilled, and boiled. Excellent value. Special mention goes to the ladies at the counter, who are always friendly and helpful despite the sweltering heat. Highly recommended.

Mmm... Pummarella, Number One of pizza! I had the opportunity to taste the specialties of Costantino Minchillo, a very good pizza chef with a passion for bel canto and his collaborators, both in the Apricena branch and obviously also in San Severo, and my opinion is absolutely positive! The excellent value for money and courtesy distinguish Pummarella and make it preferred by many in a city full of pizzerias. I miss visiting the Roman headquarters and I hope as soon as possible, when it is possible to travel, to be able to make a stop in our beautiful capital. And as I already said: "Pummarella, true Number One of pizza!"

19/06/2025: Beautiful place. Beautiful and tidy beach as well as clean. The only thing I didn't find fair is that with the price of the umbrella with sunbed and deckchair, which is still high (June 25 €) you have to pay to rinse your feet. Excessive. For the rest, everything tidy and professional staff.

Lido Macchia, located in the splendid town of Mattinata, offers an authentic experience, perfect for those seeking relaxation, breathtaking landscapes and warm hospitality. The structure is cared for down to the smallest details, with well-spaced umbrellas, comfortable sunbeds and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is friendly, always available and attentive to the needs of guests. The sea is simply enchanting: transparent water, sloping seabed and a view that embraces the Gargano coast. The bar and restaurant service is also excellent, with simple but tasty dishes, ideal for a lunch break with a sea view. The location of the lido, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, gives a sense of intimacy and connection with nature. Ideal for families, couples or anyone who wants to regenerate away from the confusion. A pearl of the Gargano to experience and recommend!

Ginger Food & Drink

20/07/2025: We stayed in a residence near Manfredonia for a weekend and, while searching TikTok for a good seafood restaurant, we discovered this restaurant. The food was simply sublime! From the appetizer onward, the octopus meatballs were delicious. The raw seafood sandwiches were incredibly fresh and we devoured them (we each ordered one and a half!). The place is very quaint and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves fresh seafood! The only downside is the lack of a high chair.
25/06/2025: Passing through Manfredonia last Monday, looking for a place to have dinner, we came across Ginger and, attracted by the reviews, we sat down at an outside table. We were welcomed with a smile, we were told a bit about the menu full of dishes with curious combinations; we chose a tuna tataki and a gourmet fish sandwich and we were very satisfied, the flavors are refined but not snobbish. The desserts confirmed this impression, special but without frills. To complete the pleasantness, the exchange of chatter with the maitre 🙂 returning to Manfredonia, we would gladly stop by again!
