We went there on Saturday without a reservation, we waited a bit, not too much, having a table outside because inside was full it was a bit cold, the service was good being on Saturday the pizza a little less considering that we took the Neapolitan dough but the edge was hard not particularly pleasant, however as for the toppings ok I took a cacio e pepe really excellent if it had not been for the edge I would have given 5 stars, fries a little oil if prices normal like the other now Altini.

It's true. You order, and immediately afterward, you get appetizers, followed by pizza. The "by bettola" sign undoubtedly refers to an old restaurant in Barletta, and just like back then, everything is delicious.

There's plenty to choose from at the counter, so many delicious products. The à la carte menu offers delicious appetizers. The pizza is excellent, and the service is attentive and meticulous despite the large number of customers.

Advice for those who come:
Don't order at the table, especially on Saturdays; the waits are long and endless. Truly unacceptable.
It's better to come in and order by the slice or take out; at least you'll be served there.
Don't even sit down, because it's always packed and you'll never be served. They even charge you a cover charge for waiting so long at the table. The excuse is: "But it's Saturday."
No, if you're doing 3,000 things and can't manage them properly, don't do it.
It's more than logical that if you have a dining room, you have to know how to manage it, regardless of the bar and takeout pizzas. They need more organization for those who come and sit down.
As for the food, it's more than okay; it's good and worth trying; they have many flavors, and the pizza is good. I won't change my mind about that.
But there's room for improvement:
- table service (dedicate one pizza chef only to tables and one to takeaway pizzas)
- menu (confusing, needs reviewing because when I go to look at the pizza, I want to know the ingredients and not find a list on my PDA)

A wide variety of both fried and baked goods. Friendly and patient staff, excellent products to satisfy even the most demanding customers. The product display is stunning, where the various fillings and prices are clearly displayed. They are also happy to prepare freshly prepared menu options. Kudos to the owner, Mr. Luigi, for his skill in organizing this business, offering excellent prices and prompt service.
