I did not think I would enjoy the place, but I did a lot (from food, to service, and atmosphere). The pizzas are absolutely delicious!!! Only down: the tomatoes in my tomato/mozzarella starter did not taste anything.

Room in an internal courtyard with access from via maqueda. The restaurant can be reached via a short portico and there is the possibility of tables both inside and outside in a gazebo. It is advisable to make a reservation especially on weekends which are quite crowded. We had dinner with a hot starter, panelle chips with skin and croquettes and then pizza. The pizzas are excellent and have a large edge. The perfect service. A little expensive but excellent value for money. Seeing is believing.

Pizzeria in pieno centro a Palermo leggermente defilata rispetto al Suq che e’ diventata Via Maqueda. Pizza di ottimo livello negli Impasti (anche quelli ai cereali ed integrale) e nei condimenti con ingredienti di prima qualità. Buona la scelta di birre alla spina. Prezzo medio alto.

Ineguagliabile. Per me è tra le top 3 di Palermo senza ombra di dubbio! Pizza buonissima e ingredienti di qualità top. Ci tornerei ogni giorno!! Ristorante elegante e pulito.

02/01/2025: Well stocked, great if you eat in or take away. The outdoor chairs are probably the most uncomfortable on the island.
