Pizzeria Procopio In Palermo

One of the BEST pizzas I've ever eaten, and I say this as a Neapolitan. The quality of the products is unimaginable. Congratulations indeed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The pizzas were perfect, the service was average, had to wait for 30 minutes for the waiter to take our order but it was worth the cost. We waited after 20 minutes to get our dishes. For the atmosphere, the place is magnificent but it lacks a little music. I priced a tuna pizza for 16 euros.

After reading the good reviews of this particular pizzeria, I visited it to try pizza. I had a pizza and a caprese salad. Taste-wise, the dishes were very tasty, but the only problem was that the service was too slow. We waited 1 full hour for 2 pizzas to arrive, and for the salad, we waited for 45 minutes. The waiters were very polite and had a sense of humor. If the food wasn't so slow, it would get a higher rating.

Excellent pizza, the service is fast and the waiters are kind and professional. The only flaw is the lack of mosquito traps. Spotless bathrooms.

Away from the crowd cozy space, top service can be a little fast (rare in Sicily for us) And very good dish

Pizzeria Procopio is undoubtedly one of the best pizzerias in Palermo! The quality of the ingredients is evident at the first bite: light, fragrant and digestible dough, with perfect cooking. The pizzas are rich in flavor and the variety of the menu offers options for all tastes, from timeless classics to the most innovative combinations. I really appreciated the attention to detail, such as the use of fresh, local products. We tasted the Magione pizza with burrata and pesto, the maqueda with cream of courgette speck and Sicilian ricotta, the baked potatoes with roasted ham and the one with sausage and potatoes, all truly fantastic. The staff is friendly and professional, always ready to recommend the pizza of the day. The place is welcoming, perfect for a dinner with friends or family. An experience I will definitely repeat!

Le pizze tradizionali sono pochissime...non esisteva neanche la capricciosa...così ho provato una delle pizze speciali...che dire impasto buonissimo ed ottimi prodotti. I prezzi sono altini...intorno ai 15€ infatti due pizze e una bottiglia d'acqua e un dolce abbiamo pagato 40€. I riscaldamenti con le stufe a gas però facevano mancare l'aria. Per il resto lo consiglio. Ottimo servizio
