These guys are brilliant! They've been running this restaurant for a few years, located in a small square near the center of Civitella. Convenient parking is available in front of the restaurant. In the summer, you can choose between sitting outside, in a covered, air-conditioned gazebo, or in the indoor dining room at room temperature.
We only had appetizers, but it was worth it. Fried crescentine, piadina, chicken liver crostini, prosciutto bruschetta, panzanella, giardiniera, and eggplant parmigiana. Everything was excellent. Simple dishes made with select, high-quality ingredients. We really liked the idea of listing suppliers on the menu. It shows a great deal of care for the ingredients and the local area. The Mille mosche beer from the Mazapegul brewery, brewed a few kilometers away, is excellent and very suitable for summer weather. Speaking with the very helpful owners, you can sense their passion. The prices are absolutely proportionate to the quality. Highly recommended. Well done guys! Keep it up!

After a brilliant management in the old restaurant, Piseppo now entrusts his treasures of experience to Filippo and Chiara, perfect hosts. A great wine connoisseur, Filippo and Chiara put on the stage a traditional cuisine with raw materials of absolute excellence. To the great classics of the best Romagna repertoire appropriately revisited only when needed, they offer an excellent pizza, also in the pan version. Careful and without overdoing it, as is intelligent as it is.

Beautiful, warm and well-kept place, with a bright veranda overlooking the square - it seems to have come out of a movie. I had already tried the pan pizzas at the festivals, but here they are even better. The aperitifs are also excellent, with a truly exquisite Piseppo Spritz. The staff is very kind, welcoming and always smiling: you can see that they put passion and desire into making their customers feel good. A place where you will gladly return. Highly recommended!

Very good place for dinner and food experience. We tried regional cuisine and were glad that we were allowed on the terrace to eat with the dog. The service was excellent, they spoke to us in English, which was nice in such a small place.
