By far the best Neapolitan pizza in Ostia. It is cooked in a wood oven and the mozzarella is a very digestible fior di latte. Cheap prices: a margherita 5 euros. It's a little hot inside but it's worth it.

14/01/2025: Pizza and Crostino from Il Fornaretto di Amedei, a guarantee! 🍕🍞 Every time I'm in the Frascati area, I can't help but stop by Il Fornaretto di Amedei to get a pizza, and I can say with certainty that their pizza is one of the best I've ever eaten! The real star, however, is undoubtedly the crouton: it is the best crouton I have ever tasted! The bread, then, is another wonder, soft and fragrant, something truly special. If you are in the area, you absolutely must try it! The prices are really excellent, and in addition to pizza and bread, they offer a wide selection of equally tasty products. It is also possible to eat on site, but if you are in a hurry, you can always take away. A place not to be missed! 😋
23/12/2024: After seeing the program Il Forno delle Meraviglie, I wanted to try it at the first opportunity... the stars say it all... Kissed with potatoes and porchetta number one... top wine donuts... great... and go Rome
