Pizzeria Pontafel In Pontebba

We visited twice, both times for lunch. Since the pizzeria is located right on the Alpe Adria Cycle Route, it's always very busy at lunchtime. And even though they assume that most tourists only come once, they make a lot of effort. The service, in particular, was incredibly friendly on our visits.

I've had lunch here twice. The restaurant is very busy during these times, and it's hard to get a table right away. I really enjoyed the food, and the staff is friendly, even when there are a lot of customers. The ambiance is very simple and rustic. The prices are reasonable.

Small, fine, simply perfect. If you're in Ponteba, you should definitely stop here and enjoy!

From the outside, it didn't look appealing, but the reviews were positive, so I went in. It was a real surprise... A wide variety of dishes, including gluten-free options. The staff was helpful and friendly. I recommend it 😄

Completely packed. Unfortunately, we had to wait for our table. The food arrived very quickly, but the server made a mistake and waited a long time to bring the pizza, even though it was supposed to be ready and it was already ready. I had the spaghetti pomodoro 🍝. It was delicious.

The food (sausage with polenta) and drinks (tap beer) were very good. The staff were trilingual (German, English, Italian), quick, and friendly - very pleasant after a long day on the bike!

Siamo arrivati a pontebba alle 14 dopo un bel giro in moto, pieni di fame, alla ricerca di un posto dove mangiare qualcosa. Dopo essere approdati in un locale dall'aspetto molto carino ma in realtà "tutto fumo e niente arrosto", abbiamo scelto questa pizzeria, e devo dire che mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Personale gentile che nonostante l'ora ci ha accolti con cordialità, ci hanno fatto 2 pizze speciali e gourmet molto buone, una birra grande e mezzo litro di acqua per un prezzo equo onesto. Qualità prezzo ineccepibile. Da ritornare!!!
