Excellent pizza. The version with nduja is the best pizza I've ever had. A bonus for accommodating our 10-person group without a reservation during the ongoing festival in Martina Franca.

What sets all the good pizzas you can eat in Italy apart is the quality of the dough and the freshness of the ingredients. At Pomodoro and Basilico, they're very close to perfection. The dough is simply incredible!! The best pizza we've ever eaten in Puglia. We could almost call it haute cuisine (Gourmet level in Italy) if that title existed for pizzeria restaurants. The pizzas chosen were the Picante and the Santorella. The meal begins with a Bruschetta (pizza dough, which here is brioche-style). It's offered by the restaurant owner. Its quality is a foreshadowing of what's to come :-) The Primitivo wine is excellent. As for the ambiance, it's distilled by a very light, jazzy vibe (Diana Krall, Melodie Garbot, Laura Figy, etc.). The servers are attentive and kind, matching the food they serve. The desserts are refined and delicious (the one with brioche, Straciatella, and hazelnuts is just as good as any other French pastry). We won't be able to go to another pizza place when we stop by Martina Franca. Our meal was a must!

Bruschetta offered too good. Brioche pizza dough!!!! Delicious Primitivo and Spritz Pizza Piccantella e Santorella. Incredibly good pizza dough. Mortadella full my pizza and mozzarella underneath. Gourmet desserts brioche stracciatella e hazelnuts. Another chocolate ice cream panna e biscuit. Absolutely ADORABLE service. It's the Mamma who does all this admirably🙏 VIVA Tomato e Basilico, VIVA LE PUGLIA e VIVA L’ITALIA 💚🤍❤️

Il locale è molto accogliente con un’atmosfera rilassante.Il servizio è impeccabile, il personale è cordiale e professionale. Le pizze sono ottime, ingredienti di primissima qualità, l’impasto molto leggero . Prezzi onesti e qualità eccellente, tornerò sicuramente.

Ottima pizza per il sapore gli ingredienti e la digeribilità, niente arsura notturna o acidità di stomaco tipiche della pizza tipo napoletana non lievitata a dovere o con ingredienti scarsi. Locale bello curato ed elegante. Servizio molto gentile e disponibile. Bella la frequentazione. Non ho dato 5 perché sono rimasto deluso dagli antipasti non quelli che ti aspetteresti in una pizzeria ma probabilmente si tratta di una scelta vista la clientela ricercata del locale e del resto il taco capocollo e stracciatella era ottimo e l’ho divorato in quattro bocconi. Prezzi non da battaglia ma perfettamente in linea con quello che offrono
