He literally does what he wants with pizzas: the perfect balance between creativity and tradition, with light, digestible doughs, impeccable cooking, and always the freshest ingredients. Every time we find something new to try, but at the same time, we feel like family. It's not just a pizzeria: it's a place where you can feel good, the food is great, and you always come back with a smile. We visited this pizzeria and were thrilled! The Roman pinsa is truly amazing: light, crispy, and made with the freshest ingredients. The portions are incredibly generous, not just for the pizzas but also for the fries, which are generously portioned and always crispy. For those who prefer a lighter option, they also offer rich and tasty salads, prepared with care and attention. The staff was incredibly kind, always available, and always smiling. A special mention to the pizza chef, who came personally to chat with us: truly an exceptional person, passionate about his work and capable of conveying all his passion in his dishes.
