Very tasty pizza, great service

The reunion we had last Friday at Petrarca was certainly pleasant, a nice restaurant/pizzeria discovered the same day through an online search 📱 (we needed a place not too far from the nearby "Pietro d'Abano" theater). Arriving on site at 7.00 pm 🕖 upon reservation 📞, we took our seats at our table waiting for the remaining diners and ordering drinks in the meantime. With the arrival of the last latecomer 🧑🏻‍🦳 (however forgiven due to the considerable traffic 🚗 🚙 🚚) we therefore moved on to ordering, opting for a further mug of beer 🍺, 3 pizzas 🍕 and a "Toscana" pinsa with tomato 🍅, fior di latte, black olives 🫒 and Calabrian esplanade. Very good 😋 the latter, ordered by myself and served on a special and characteristic wooden cutting board (see photos 📸 attached 📎). To conclude, desserts 🍮 and coffee ☕️, among other things in conjunction with the arrival of another diner 👩🏼 who joined us for dessert. The quality/price ratio is valid since the rates still allow you to eat a good pizza 🍕 without fainting 💸. The service was quick and the staff members were kind, in particular the manager 👨🏻‍🦳 at the cash register who, when paying the total, even gave us a bit of a discount. The atmosphere is informal and the furnishings are pleasant, simple but refined (the rough stone plate 🪨 placed in front of the entrance and depicting Francesco Petrarca, the great spirit of our literary tradition 📜, is beautiful). Along the road there are free parking spaces 🅿️ but subject to the use of the parking disc ⏱️ from 8.00 🕗 to 20.00 🕗 on weekdays 🛠. We liked it so I RECOMMEND IT 👍🏻. Senz'altro piacevole la rimpatriata che ci siamo concessi lo scorso venerdì al Petrarca, bel ristorante/pizzeria scoperto peraltro il giorno stesso tramite una ricerca in rete 📱 (avevamo bisogno di un posto non troppo distante dal vicino teatro "Pietro d'Abano"). Giunti in loco sulle 19.00 🕖 previa prenotazione 📞, abbiamo preso posto al nostro tavolo attendendo i restanti commensali e ordinando nel frattempo da bere. Con l'arrivo dell'ultimo ritardatario 🧑🏻‍🦳 (comunque perdonato in ragione del notevole traffico 🚗 🚙 🚚) siamo dunque passati all'ordinazione optando per un ulteriore boccale di birra 🍺, 3 pizze 🍕 e una pinsa "Toscana" con pomodoro 🍅, fior di latte, olive 🫒 nere e spianata calabra. Molto buona 😋 quest'ultima, ordinata dal sottoscritto e servita su di un apposito e caratteristico tagliere in legno (vedasi foto 📸 allegate 📎). Per concludere, dolci 🍮 e caffè ☕️, tra l'altro in concomitanza con l'arrivo di un'ulteriore commensale 👩🏼 unitasi a noi appunto per il dessert. Valido il rapporto qualità/prezzo giacché le tariffe consentono ancora di mangiare una buona pizza 🍕 senza svenarsi 💸. Rapido il servizio e gentili i membri dello staff, in particolare il responsabile 👨🏻‍🦳 in cassa che, al momento di saldare il totale, ci ha pure applicato un po' di sconto. Informale l'atmosfera e gradevole l'arredamento, semplice ma curato (bella la piastra in pietra grezza 🪨 collocata di fronte all'ingresso e raffigurante Francesco Petrarca, spirito magno della nostra tradizione letteraria 📜). Lungo la strada sono presenti dei posti auto gratuiti 🅿️ ma subordinati all'uso del disco orario ⏱️ dalle 8.00 🕗 alle 20.00 🕗 nei giorni feriali 🛠. A noi è piaciuto ergo LO CONSIGLIO 👍🏻.

Very welcoming place and fast and precise service. very courteous staff! Added value is the takeaway and home delivery service. The pizza is excellent. The place is very clean and well looked after, the homemade desserts are excellent, the tiramisu in particular is exquisite.
