Very pleasant and quiet atmosphere in the family-run restaurant. We had pizza and trout fillet, both highly recommended. Pizza is also available in “small”. The pizza base is super thin and crispy, the toppings are evenly distributed, the edge is just the right width. Plus Lagrein. Everything is available at really moderate prices. One of our regular restaurants.

When we had our dinner there was pizza night, which means they served only pizza. It was such a good pizza, for us it was the best food served in that town.

26/01/2025: Beautiful place at 1900 m, new and welcoming apartment with a gem: la Indoor sauna! We had a wonderful holiday! Veronika the owner is very kind and always available! We will definitely return to this corner of paradise😍

25/11/2024: Starting point for hikes on the Algunder Waalweg or via St.Peter to Tirol Castle, the Brunnenburg or via the Tappeinerweg to Merano, or further via the Sissiweg to the botanical garden of Trauttmansdorff Castle
09/11/2024: During the walk that would have taken us to Merano starting from Tirolo, we stumbled upon this wonderful Schloss which also offers restaurant service. On nice days you can dine on the terrace which offers spectacular views of the surrounding panorama. The food is well prepared and tasty, accompanied by an excellent Forst beer, poured to perfection, which in these places can be savored in all its magnificence. Freshly prepared roasted chestnuts were also available. Friendly staff, and price commensurate with the location. Nice experience!
