Even before our arrival, we had exceptionally friendly and helpful contact with the staff. Due to the anticipated traffic problems caused by the Brenner Pass closure, they did everything they could to allow us to access our pitch a day early. This allowed us to completely avoid the expected chaos – thank you again for that! Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed. The entire campsite is extremely well-maintained and clean – from the spacious pitches and sanitary facilities to the indoor pool. Everything gives a very high-quality and lovingly cared-for impression. We were particularly surprised by the excellent service: We were greeted with the daily morning paper on our first trip to get bread rolls. These little touches make all the difference and show how much heart and soul goes into running this campsite. Short distances, outstanding service, and many thoughtful details ensure that you feel comfortable from the very first moment. We're certain: We'll be back! In fact, we've already booked our next stay.

We stayed at this very well-located campsite. Everything was spotlessly clean and constantly being cleaned. The service was outstanding. We rarely stay at such good campsites. We'll be back.

During the Pentecost holidays, we spent some wonderful days at this campsite and were absolutely delighted. The site is very well-maintained, beautifully landscaped, and offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. The consistently clean sanitary facilities and the excellent amenities for children were particularly noteworthy. With three playgrounds and an indoor swimming pool, boredom is guaranteed to be banished. Although the campsite was quite busy during our stay, we never felt overcrowded. The spacious grounds create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. We also loved the surrounding area. Numerous beautiful hikes and excursions can be undertaken directly from the campsite, so you can often leave the car parked. A big thank you also goes to the entire team, who were always friendly, helpful, and cheerful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. A clear recommendation for anyone seeking relaxation, nature, and a family-friendly environment! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We drove home today after a week's holiday at the Sägemühle campsite. It was our first stay there, and my family and I are absolutely thrilled with this small but lovely campsite! Check-in was very easy, and we were even allowed to go to our pitch early. Everything was explained to us in a very friendly and helpful manner. The two sanitary blocks are perfectly adequate and always spotlessly clean. Even little things like the free dishwashers and the CamperClean service deserve a special mention! The Wunderer family and their team are always friendly and helpful, and they always try to find a good solution for their guests – keep up the great work! We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked again for next year.

We spent five days at the Sägemühle campsite as a stop on our three-week campervan trip and were very satisfied. The welcome was warm, and the site is very well-maintained. While the sanitary facilities are a bit dated in appearance, they are spotlessly clean and spacious. The campsite offers more amenities than any other we've experienced – an indoor swimming pool for rainy days, a dishwasher, and a toilet cleaning machine – all free of charge. There was even a play area next to reception and three playgrounds. We can also highly recommend the location, close to supermarkets and cycle paths.

We stayed at the campsite during the Pentecost holidays. What we remember negatively: - The comfort pitch is advertised as being at least 80 m². Unfortunately, this wasn't the case, at least not with our pitch. Even with a generous measurement, I only got 72 m². There was practically no room for the car. A shame, especially since you're paying for the size, in a way. - The sanitary facilities, especially the showers, have a unique design that doesn't exactly contribute to cleanliness. There are individual cubicles, some of which also contain toilets and a floor drain, but no squeegee. The shower hose is also so short that you can't flush anything down the drain outside of the shower itself... - I find the electricity charge of 90 cents/kWh quite unreasonable. - The shower blocks are all located in the basement. The way from the pool also always leads through the basement... down one flight of stairs and back up the other. - None of the three playgrounds have a sandbox. Only one playground offers shade. ... - Bread rolls were sometimes sold out early. When we asked if we could reserve them in the evening, we were told: "No, we don't do that." (Fun fact: The guest right in front of me picked up a reserved bag of bread rolls...) It seems like there are double standards at play here. What a shame! - The comfort pitches offer little shade, partly due to the small size of the pitches, which made it impossible to position the caravan in the desired direction. - The water tap at the pitch is mounted so low that even a watering can wouldn't fit underneath... What we remember positively: - Friendly staff - Delicious pizza at very fair prices - Bread rolls available at the pitch (apart from the issue mentioned above) - Free use of the camper cleaning facilities - At least one shady playground - Great view - Small but nice pool with a counter-current system

We stayed at the campsite for four nights and were thrilled. The site is fantastic, and there are shops nearby. The restaurant is also excellent. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Wunder famili is a wonderful combination of the whole thing. Congratulations and continued successful guest viewing. (although it is far away for us, we know we will be back!)

A stunning location. The facilities were excellent, everything was great, and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that we wanted to stay for 10 days with our friends who were at the campsite, but the residence could only be booked from Saturday to Saturday. Hopefully, this will be improved for next year :-)

We've stayed at the campsite with our motorhome several times now. Sägemühle is one of the most beautiful and best campsites we've had the pleasure of visiting in our almost 30 years of camping. This positive assessment applies to almost every aspect. We will definitely be back.
