Pizzeria Pascucci In Monterotondo

I stopped by for a quick lunch and got three types of pizza - stuffed with sausage and mozzarella - porcini mushrooms - prawns and salad Plus a supplì. The pizza was good both in terms of dough and toppings, the supplì didn't convince me.. the owner seems approachable and friendly.. generally speaking, passed 👍

The pizza is very good. The absolute surprise is the pizza without mozzarella for anyone who has trouble eating it for one reason or another. He makes many varieties (courgettes, mushrooms, etc) and it's the first time he doesn't miss cheese. In other pizzerias when you ask for it like this they are empty, not very tasty but here they are well mixed. And he also uses spices very well, neither too much nor too little. Unfortunately the only flaw is that the environment is small, only two tables, but very welcoming and helpful. Advise
