Friendly and helpful staff. Fast service and a welcoming atmosphere. The food is quite good, and the prices are reasonable. The only downside is the lack of wheelchair access; it's a shame to see this kind of problem in 2025.

20/08/2025: I came to the spa for the day with my boyfriend. The staff was fantastic and super friendly. The place was wonderful; I was looking for tranquility, and that's exactly what I found. The pools offer a truly peaceful experience, as does the atmosphere surrounding the hotel. I truly enjoyed it. I highly recommend it for couples. I think it's also suitable for small families because there are paths that start right inside the hotel, so you can immerse yourself in nature.
09/08/2025: A wonderful property nestled in the heart of nature, just minutes from Asiago. The owners are delightful and very helpful, the food is exceptional, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended for exploring nature and the surrounding villages, and for a relaxing break in the splendid spa. A total of 10!
